David Scott Van Woert
Founder & Producer, Identity Studios, Inc.
As a trans-media producer, writer and business development specialist, David brings two decades of industry expertise to the table. Identity Studios is David’s second entertainment industry start-up and is comprised of Identity FX, Inc. (Stereoscopic 3D and Visual Effects), IDFX Budapest (2D Visual Effects), and The Adventure Core Productions (Adventure Sports Reality Media). In 1999, he co-founded Shockwave Pictures, a digital production studio based in San Francisco and, since 1993, has been credited as 1st Assistant Director, Associate Producer, Director and Producer on dozens of projects from independent feature films to music videos and commercials. From 1998 to 2003, he served as a Director for HoopsTV, Media Director for Youth Speaks, and a Field Producer for ON24.com. In 2001, he won awards for his direction of Neil Labute’s Bash and Wendy Wasserstein’s Waiting for Phillip Glass in San Francisco. Beginning in 2004, as Founder and Supervising Producer of Identity FX, Inc., David has managed more than 80 projects through completion, working with clients that include 20th Century Fox, Warner Brothers, Paramount Pictures, Walden Media, NBC/Universal, Dreamworks, Columbia Pictures, The Weinstein Company, and The Discovery Channel, and working on such recent titles as Prometheus, Green Lantern, Conan the Barbarian, The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, The Mechanic, Stone, Righteous Kill, Whiteout, Mad Money, Hancock, Mr. Brooks, and Transformers as well as commercials for Nike, Google, Xbox, and McDonald’s. For the past two years, David has been instrumental in developing Identity’s trans-media business model and expansion into the international marketplace.

A television and radio analyst for the IZOD Indy Car Series on NBC/Versus and IZOD Indy Car Series Radio. Davey is a retired Indy car driver, and the chief executive officer and managing partner in several companies encompassing entertainment, promotions, sports sponsorship and manufacturing.
Michael Klooster
Musician / Music Producer
Michael Klooster is a musician and a music producer. Klooster has been a touring member of the band Smash Mouth, since 1997. Smash Mouth has two multiplatinum albums in which five of the group's songs made the national top 30, and four were used in movie soundtracks, including 2001's "Shrek." Michael has produced such acts as Snap Jackson and the Knock On Wood Players, Second String Quintet, The Outlaw Dance Society, Icarus Jones, Marirose and the Gypsies, The Gitanos, MILITZA y Los Pecadores, and The Mundaze.

Bringing more than 20 years experience in the music industry, co-writing songs with Cory Lerios of Pablo Cruise, Tommy Tutone, Brad Lang, and Daniel Bejarano. Michael has worked with film and television producer Kenny Ortega (Producer of Michael Jackson "This Is It".) Michael was the marketing director for a small start-up company that eventually sold to a Fortune 500 company in 2010.
Adam Perez

Adam Perez is an award winning filmmaker, including to his credit, for his short film, "El Borracho," 2007 Celebration of the Humanities Art Festival Award, for his short film, "Valley of Herminio," 2008 Celebration of the Humanities Festival Award, honorable mention for his film, "Pueblo Viejo," 2008 Student Film and Video Festival, honorable mention for his mini-documentary, "Unspoken," at the 2011 Student Film and Video Festival, for his first full length feature film entitled, "And the Old Man Fired," he received a 2012 Golden Palm Award at the Mexico International Film Festival. Adam enjoys shooting, and focusing on stories surrounding his roots, in Jalisco Mexico, as well as, in the San Joaquin Valley of California.
